FPLens: ML Decision Support (Final Year Project)
FLAGSHIP

Stacked ensemble (6 models + Ridge meta-learner) trained on 185K samples with 26K holdout. Achieved CV MAE 1.043 ± 0.041 and holdout MAE 1.0157 with injury + news features. Includes ablation study and SHAP-based model insights dashboard.

Enhanced Bug Report Classification

Classified 3,712 GitHub bug reports across five deep learning frameworks using NLP + XGBoost. Achieved accuracy up to 0.918 and F1 up to 0.805, significantly outperforming a Naive Bayes baseline.

MAX-SAT Evolutionary Solver

Implemented a MAX-SAT solver in Python with a time-budgeted evolutionary algorithm. Supports WDIMACS parsing, satisfiability evaluation, and reproducible experiments via Docker.
